Growth Call terms

The Growth Call is a single online session of 60 minutes, held on Google Meet or WhatsApp video, for a fee of AED 100. No VAT is currently charged. Before the call we study your shop and pull your competitors’ live ads. During the call, Mitnomas provides:

• a diagnosis of the most important things holding back customers and bookings in your business;
• a written 90-day plan you keep;
• recommendations across your offer, content, ads, follow-up and repeat business where relevant;
• a clear view of what you can run yourself versus what may need implementation support.

Attend the full session. If you reach the end of the call without the written 90-day plan described above, say so before the call ends and we will refund the AED 100 fee.

The commitment is that we deliver the diagnosis and plan described. It is not a promise that you will agree with the advice, and not a refund for choosing not to act on it. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, using the link in your confirmation, at no cost.

If you do not attend and did not reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, the fee is not automatically refunded. Contact us — if something genuinely got in the way, we will usually offer a new time rather than take your money for nothing.

If Mitnomas has to move or cancel a session, you may choose a new time or receive a full refund.

We speak with every enquiry before taking a booking. If we conclude the Growth Call is not suitable for your business, we will say so rather than take the fee. If a booking is made and we later find it is clearly unsuitable, we will cancel and refund it in full.

The fee is payable at the time of booking, through our payment provider. Your slot is confirmed once payment succeeds. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Mitnomas.

The diagnosis is business advice based on the information you provide and our professional judgement. It is not legal, accounting, tax or regulatory advice, and it does not come with a guaranteed lead, booking or revenue outcome. Results depend on your market, your operation and what you actually implement.

Implementation support is separate from the Growth Call. If it is appropriate, Mitnomas will prepare a scope and quotation, governed by its own written agreement, including our commitment to keep revising content until you are happy with it. Nothing in these terms commits either side to further work.

What you share about your business on the call is treated as confidential. We will not name you, quote you or publish your results anywhere without your written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Abu Dhabi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
